We will process your order soonest possible, usually within 3 to 5 working days. We use Singapore Post ("SingPost") for shipping to both Singapore & International addresses.

Shipping Within Singapore

Normal Mail (without tracking)
We offer free local postage without tracking for all orders shipped within Singapore. We are  not liable for any missing order via Normal Mail. Delivery within 3 working days after we process your order.
 
SmartPac (with tracking)
SmartPac is a prepaid trackable mailing service offered by SingPost. There will be a flat rate charge of $3.20 for all orders via SmartPac. Packages will be delivered to your letter box. Delivery within 2 working days after we process your order.
We offer Free Local Delivery with SmartPac for final order value of $120 and above. 

Please note that SingPost only collects and process your orders on Mondays to Fridays excluding weekends and public holidays.

FREE International Shipping for order value more than USD$150 (with tracking)

We offer Free International Delivery with tracking for final order value of SGD$200/USD $150 (depends on exchange rate) and above. 

All international orders will be shipped via SingPost International Registered Air Mail service with tracking (Door-step delivery, recipient signature required).
