We offer returns within 7 days from the date you received the item(s) for both local and international orders. We are unable to offer you an exchange or refund after this period. To request an exchange, please contact us or send us an email to <email@example.com>.
All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit (excluding original shipping fee). An exchange can be done for another piece of equal value or greater. Returns must be shipped with delivery confirmation and at your expense.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error. We allow exchange due to error in ring size. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Any damage to the product will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to determine if products are fit for returns. All decisions are final. As our products are handmade and we use 100% natural stones, slight irregularities, imperfections and variations in craftsmanship or materials are unique to the jewellery. They are considered a part of the beauty and charm of the jewel and should not be considered a defect.

All earrings (for hygiene reasons), jewellery polishing cloths and sales/clearance items.
